A esta XIX edición se han presentado obras. Después de una selección quedaron 5 finalistas: Limerancias, La cueva de la ballena, Duelos invisibles, Fotos en la memoria y Avitaminosis, siendo esta última la ganadora, aunque en la plica presentada bajo seudónimo, su título es "La purificación" y su autor Lorenzo Delgado Santos, natural de Cumbres Mayores, pero residente en Valencia desde muy temprana edad.

Por un lado, el jurado ha valorado la emotividad del relato al hacerse eco de un drama humanitario que se vive con demasiada frecuencia en la travesía desde el norte de África hasta las costas del sur de España y a las Islas Canarias.
Por otro lado, el relato consigue trasladar la situación dramática a través del lenguaje directo, el ritmo, el tono y la voz. En efecto, la utilización de frases muy cortas, así como el punto y seguido como medio de impactar en el relato, realzan la profundidad de cada una de las oraciones cortas, inciden en el tono dramático del contenido y parecen trasladar la voz de un niño que va haciéndose adulto a la fuerza a lo largo del relato.
La autora consigue con todo ello mostrar una realidad que se describe por sí misma, sin contarla. Exponer la situación a través de este monólogo es el gran logro valorado. El Jurado declara desierta la modalidad juvenil del III Certamen Javier Bañares.

Los primeros premios de nuestro concurso se han quedado este año muy cerca. En el apartado de relato corto, ha recaído en el antequerano Pedro Ruiz Hernández y en su obra "Una vez es casualidad", la historia del encuentro a lo largo de varias décadas de un camarero y un cliente en un bar de Madrid con diferentes incendios como nexo común.
En cuanto a la fotografía, la imagen ganadora es "Tabernas con encanto", del cordobés Aquilino Perales Ranchal. Además de estas obras premiadas, los miembros del jurado decidieron otorgar menciones especiales a los relatos "Nuestra bodeguita", de la barcelonesa de Hospitalet de Llobregat Marta Carón Peña; "Reflejos abiertos", del mexicano de Querétaro Armando Gómez Rivas; y "Al fondo a la izquierda de una calle cualquiera", de la madrileña Inés Antón Méndez.
También recibieron esas menciones las fotografías "Mejor con vino", del barcelonés de Sant Boi de Llobregat José Reyes Belzunce; "Copenhague", del madrileño de Alcobendas Javier Arcenillas Pérez; y "Tres o cuatro historias", del pamplonés Pedro Pileño Malvar, un veterano conocido de nuestro concurso que obtuvo menciones especiales en , y , así como el primer premio en Los relatos y fotografías ganadores y mencionados por el jurado formarán parte del libro que la Asociación Cultural El coloquio de los perros edita cada año con las obras más destacadas del concurso, y que será presentado en el acto de entrega de premios que tendrá lugar en fecha aún por concretar.
El pasado día 22 de septiembre de tuvo lugar, en un emotivo acto, la entrega de premios del VII concurso de Microrrelatos Caseteros, organizado por la Asociación de Vecinos San Miguel de Casetas, en el centro Cívico de dicho barrio zaragozano.
El jurado estuvo compuesto este por Dña. Elena Navarro Asensio, Dña. Casilda Esquillor Piracés y D. Fernando Valdrés Allueva. José Antonio Muñoz, jubilado actualmente, ha dedicado su vida a la docencia, primero en escuelas rurales y posteriormente como Profesor Asociado de la Escuela de Magisterio de Zamora.

El próximo domingo día 8, se celebra el acto de entrega de premios y la inauguración de las exposiciones de pintura y fotografía. Será a las seis de la tarde en el Palacio de Losada, de Rionegro del Puente. Los premios Diego de Losada, son ya un referente en la cultura zamorana, destacando las 42 ediciones del Premio de Poesía, o que el premio de pintura con 7. Hasta 1. Cuentos inéditos en español y dirigidos a niños con una edad máxima de 8 años que, procedentes de 32 países de cuatro continentes, han vuelto a superar las expectativas de la organización, demostrando el buen momento que atraviesa la industria editorial en nuestro idioma.
La media de edad de los participantes ha sido de 47 años, habiéndose recibido obras de autores con edades comprendidas entre los 16 y los 87 años de edad.

En este caso, la autora aprovecha el discurso para hacernos reflexionar sobre el medio ambiente, la sostenibilidad y los animales en extinción. Tal como recogen las bases, la Editorial Parchís www. com , fundada en Madrid en el año , publicará las dos obras ganadoras, pudiendo adquirirse los ejemplares en librerías físicas y online.
De un total de obras, fueron seleccionadas 30 en condición de finalistas, las que fueron evaluadas nuevamente, y debido a la alta calidad de los textos se ha decidido: 1- Otorgar una mención a Los países de Zurita, con el seudónimo Duardy, al ser un texto que rinde culto al poeta chileno autor de INRI desde la aprensión de sus propios códigos.
Tal parece que el sujeto lírico viaja por la ciudad leyendo Trilce, y nos seduce en ese itinerario. Dando fe de ello, los integrantes del jurado, quienes agradecen a la Asociación Literaria Trilce, que tiene su sede en Australia, la organización y apoyo en tal evento.
